I just posted a new demo course in the public sandbox I set up on MindBridj.com. The subject matter centers on informational interviews conducted by my clients at iSucceed.com with top producing real estate agents across the country. They've performed hundreds of these interviews in categories ranging from Business Development and Customer Servicing to Seller Representation and Technology.
My contacts at iSucceed were kind enough to allow me to take 5 modules from a larger series around Seller Representation and FSBO servicing programs (i.e., methods for servicing customers whose property is up For Sale By Owner), and put them in the LMS (Learning Management System) that's core to the services I perform for small businesses and non-profits.
The main purpose, of course, wasn't so much to let me post free information for Realtors(R) (though there is that...and probably a few more to come in the next few days), but rather for them to see a proof of concept of their existing training content quickly configured for delivery through an online LMS.
They're looking for something modular that allows them to quickly transform existing training through an easily administered online learning delivery platform. They're current system is a bit labor intensive and not directly administerable (is that a word?) by non-programmer types.
In any case, I told them last Friday that I'd have an LMS up, with their content installed as a proof of concept, for them by Monday, tomorrow. Today's Sunday, it's up. (I so love under promising and over delivering.)
In one of my next posts I'll shed a little more light about the platform I use as the basis of transforming existing live/classroom training to an online learning portal. And, I'll share, too, why I think it's an ideal match--beyond simple cost-effectiveness--for small businesses and non-profits.
In case you're interested in the subject, or who may know a real estate agent who might be interested, the new demo course includes 5 topics:
- VIP Buyer and Seller System;
- A Sure Fire Listing Presentation;
- Conquering Commission Objections;
- A Fail-Safe FSBO Program;
- The Low-Cost FSBO Program That Generates Big Profits.
Though primarily geared towards real estate agents, it offers a good showcase of some of the front-end user features of the LMS.
