Yesterday I posted a web video with some thoughts about why social medians seem to struggle so much with the social media ROI debate. Below are a few more resources passed along to me with some good voices to add to the discussion.
The YouTube video below shows an interview between Jason Falls and Katie Paine. They don't really get too much closer to a solution, but I like the interview because it touches on many of the issues that are central to the debate.
Now, the one below from Olivier Blanchard I like, too, but for a different reason. Where my post yesterday attempts to define a framework to frame some of the issues into tiers, Olivier's series attempts to define a methodology.
His video below is Part 8 of a series. You can find out more by jumping into the middle of the series on his blog here. (Many of you trainers and instructional design tweeps will find it interesting especially if you've done Level 4 assessments before for any type of training program. The approach will seem refreshingly familiar.)
