I came across BMW's "Augmented Reality" video yesterday. Though I'd be a little curious about my auto-service rep wearing shades as he works on my beemer, it's a good example of on the job performance support.
Of course, the concept isn't new. The military has had the head-up display (HUD) for years. It's nice, though, to see the technology working its way in support of civilian performance support needs.
